Hello Cammie! I’ve developed a lot of respect based off your experience you have had with Real estate and how many states you are licensed in. I am interested in starting the 60 hour pre license course to start my journey with Real Estate as well. I also live in the Silver Spring area so please when you see this message email me back with more information!
