- Do you know – Effective 10/1/2024 – The Maryland Real Estate Commission requires that licensees complete the 15 hours required hours before 30 days of license expiration. If not, you will have to pay a late fee of $168 before you can renew your license.
- You will complete all the 15 hours required and your hours will be reported to the commission in less than 24 hours.
