Maryland Salesperson Pre-Licensing Class to start your career in real estate, you will need to take the required 60 hours class approved by Maryland Higher Education Commission and Maryland Real Estate Commission.
View Class DatesAs a licensed real estate salesperson, you are required to take 15 hours of continuing education classes every two years. The required mandatory classes are offered throughout the year.
