Don’t Miss Your Continuing Education Deadline!
As a licensed real estate salesperson, you are required to take 15 hours of continuing education classes every two years. The mandatory continuing education courses cover:
- 3 hours of Legislative Issues
- 3 hours of Maryland Ethics
- 3 hours of Brokerage Relationships and Disclosures
- 2 hours of Maryland Fair Housing
There are many elective courses offered by Reed Training Center to fulfill the 4 additional elective hours required, which include topics such as Contract Update, Marketing, Contracts and Addendums, Supervision, Negotiation among many different options.
These 15 hours of continuing education classes have to be taken 30 days before your license expires to have an active license.

Renew your license 30 days before the expiration date, if not you will be charge a late fee of $168.00.

- 3/10/2026 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. MD Supervision for Broker, Manager, Team Leader (1.5hrs – elective) $15.00
- 3/10/2026 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Maryland Fair Housing (2hrs) $20.00
- 3/10/2026 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Brokerage Relationship & Disclosure (3hrs) $30.00
- 3/11/2026 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Maryland Ethics (3hrs) $30.00
- 3/12/2026 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Effective Planning for 2026 (3hrs) $30.00
