Maryland Broker Pre-Licensing Classes

Salespersons who have an active real estate license in Maryland for the last three years and actively doing real estate can take the 135 hours of broker preparation classes to complete the educational requirement. Upon completion of the 135 hours of education and passing the school exams, the salesperson will receive a certificate of completion to take the Maryland Broker Exam. The 135 hours are divided into four sections:
